1 Year + 1 month were enough to know who you are

First impression you look so confident, familiar with Indonesia, had working experience with Indonesia environment, familiar with Indonesian food, especially "ayam" since you aren't eating beef, so you need to know "ayam" as a chicken
Until now I believe you still cannot tell which one is breast and which one is thigh, right ?

Then first week started too busy with Project, which I already felt it wasn't good sign.
Then keep really really busy in your own world, and I kept working with my own.
I kept travelling to branch helped for project also.
Then suddenly there was a moment that situation getting wrong when I was in branch.
You helped me to solve the problem, I am really appreciate that.
From that moment I realized even you are so busy with the project, you still can concerned when it needed.

Not only me, you always want to involved any activity related with other employee,
As I remembered, you attended company outing, 1 wedding party, 1 funeral house, lunch bday party, dinner bday party and some hospital visit (sickness), and the last one was 1 hospital visit for new born baby. The best bday party that I ever had, you sing loudly in the restaurant just to make me embarrassed
Especially for company outing, you are involved and mingled with all the staffs, started with helping packed the morning snacks in the bus, joined team building (although with indonesian language), enjoyed night music, and tea walking.

I think some staffs also have some memories which they cannot forget, some of them shared with me, you helped them to solve the problem, you comforted them when got blame from customer, and the one I remembered you handled take out the goods for launched product and suddenly at that night you became a hero :)

Then together 3 of us getting closer each other, when someone felt sad, the others will come and comfort each other.
Many times we went for lunch together, sharing about anything, family, politics, food, life style, friends at office, and so many many things. And also there were some moment when one of us getting upset and angry, you tried to fix the situation,
No matter what condition: happy, sad, angry, healthy, sick, rain, sunny, hungry, or full : we are friend forever

And then come the time that you said you cannot take it any longer, office situation made you really stress and second things, you cannot stay away from your family. First we tried to ask you to hang on until get another job, but then you were really treated unfair
by the management, so we said : as a friend we let you go, but as a colleague it's really hard to let you go

You are too nice, always have lots of forgiveness, which sometime make us feel dissapointed with you since some of peoples take adavantage from your kindness,
even we have argued for that one, and come back with the fact that you cannot become cruel just becaused you are too nice.
I believe you never expected such farewell moment at the office, but we arranged that caused we want you to know that lots of people still care about you, and we want you to remember this as sweet memories of your life, since we knew that you already faced bad things with management. 

Farewell isn't the ending although it was sad, but it's a starting point for you to find better career and happy life with your big family
Now I missed lots things, your appearance, support, shared, and also complained from you
I write this to keep me remind that somewhere out there I have a friend, a true friend
